Cancellation Policy

Accommodation

• More than 48 hours before check-in: 10% cancellation charge.
• 48 hours to 24 hours before check-in: 30% cancellation charge.
• Less than 24 hours before check-in:
  • No refund for the blender day.
  • Refund for subsequent days will be according to standard cancellation rules.

Package Tours (General)

• More than 48 hours before departure: Flat fee of Rs. 25% per person.
• 48 hours to 24 hours before departure: 50% of the fare per person.
• Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund.

Partial Cancellation

Partial cancellation policies vary among bus operators and booking platforms; some allow it with specific terms, while others do not permit it at all. It is crucial to verify the specific operator's terms and conditions or cancellation policy at the time of booking to confirm if partial cancellation is allowed for a particular ticket.
