The tour may be discontinued or terminated due to unavoidable situations such as law & order issues, vehicle breakdowns, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be made to return safely at the traveller’s own cost.

Any misbehaviour towards staff or fellow travellers may result in termination of the tour without any refund.

Our role is limited to making necessary travel and accommodation arrangements. We are not responsible for any unforeseen incidents during the tour.

All hotels and vehicles are booked in advance. In case of non-availability, suitable alternative arrangements will be provided.

- 48 hours to 24 hours before check-in: 30% cancellation charge.
- Less than 24 hours before check-in:
- No refund for the first day.
- Refund for subsequent days will follow standard rules.
Package Tours (General)
- More than 48 hours before departure: 25% per person.
- 48 hours to 24 hours before departure: 50% per person.
- Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund.
