Accommodation will be provided as per the tour itinerary on a twin/triple sharing basis.

All hotels and vehicles are subject to availability.

We are not responsible for any delays or cancellations of trains or flights.

All travellers are requested to carry a valid ID proof during the tour.

Travellers are requested to strictly follow the tour schedule and timings. We are not responsible for any missed sightseeing due to late reporting.

Deluxe 2×2 or 3×2 coaches will be provided for all road journeys and local sightseeing.

Travellers are responsible for the safety of their luggage and personal belongings. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.

The tour may be discontinued or terminated due to unavoidable situations such as law & order issues, vehicle breakdowns, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be made to return safely at the traveller’s own cost.

Any misbehaviour towards staff or fellow travellers may result in termination of the tour without any refund.

Our role is limited to making necessary travel and accommodation arrangements. We are not responsible for any unforeseen incidents during the tour.

All hotels and vehicles are booked in advance. In case of non-availability, suitable alternative arrangements will be provided.

Cancellation Policy:

Once the tour itinerary is finalized, it cannot be changed during the tour under any circumstances.

The total tour cost must be paid on or before the commencement of the tour.
