Day 01: Guwahati Arrival - Bomdila (285 km / 8 hrs)
Welcome to Guwahati, the gateway to Northeast India. Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station (arrival should be before 11:00 AM), meet and greet your tour representative and begin your road journey to Bomdila. On arrival, check in at your pre-booked hotel and relax after the long drive. Overnight stay at the hotel in Bomdila.

DAY 02: Bomdila Sightseeing-Tawang
Morning after breakfast visit Buddhist monasteries, a craft centre displaying local crafts and a shopping centre where the visitors gets first feel of the local version of Himalayan Buddhist life. Then visit Bomdila View Point and Apple Orchard. Further drive towards Tawang and on the way visit Sela Pass. Then check in at hotel for overnight stay in Tawang.

Post breakfast visit Tawang Monastery which is also known as Golden Namgyal Lhatse, one of the gems in Arunachal Pradesh. Then head towards Tawang War Memorial which is dedicated to all the martyrs of the Sino-India War of 1962 and Jaswant Garth which is dedicated to the warrior, Jaswant Singh who was killed during the Indo China war in 1962. Also visit Buddha Park, Sixth Dalai Lama Birth Place and Government Sales Emporium. Then back to hotel for night stay

Here in Bum La Pass one of the fiercest battles took place in the 1962 Sino-Indian War. Make a point to get a picture clicked, and place a pebble stone in front of the Heap of Stones, which is a tribute to the Indian Army guardians of the border. Overnight stay at Tawang.

  8. The tour may be discontinued or terminated due to unavoidable situations such as law & order issues, vehicle breakdowns, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be made to return safely at the traveller’s own cost.

  9. Any misbehaviour towards staff or fellow travellers may result in termination of the tour without any refund.

  10. Our role is limited to making necessary travel and accommodation arrangements. We are not responsible for any unforeseen incidents during the tour.

  11. All hotels and vehicles are booked in advance. In case of non-availability, suitable alternative arrangements will be provided.

  12. Cancellation Policy:

  • 20% cancellation charges for cancellations made before 30 days

  • 50% cancellation charges for cancellations made before 15 days

  • No refund for cancellations made within 10 days prior to the journey date

  1. Once the tour itinerary is finalized, it cannot be changed during the tour under any circumstances.

  2. The total tour cost must be paid on or before the commencement of the tour.
