The center is named after Heydar Aliyev, the first secretary of Soviet Azerbaijan from 1969 to 1982, and president of Azerbaijan Republic from October 1993 to October 2003.   6. Deluxe 2×2 or 3×2 coaches will be provided for all road journeys and local sightseeing.

  7. Travellers are responsible for the safety of their luggage and personal belongings. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.

  8. The tour may be discontinued or terminated due to unavoidable situations such as law & order issues, vehicle breakdowns, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be made to return safely at the traveller’s own cost.

  9. Any misbehaviour towards staff or fellow travellers may result in termination of the tour without any refund.

  10. Our role is limited to making necessary travel and accommodation arrangements. We are not responsible for any unforeseen incidents during the tour.

  11. All hotels and vehicles are booked in advance. In case of non-availability, suitable alternative arrangements will be provided.

  12. Cancellation Policy:

  • 20% cancellation charges for cancellations made before 30 days

  • 50% cancellation charges for cancellations made before 15 days

  • No refund for cancellations made within 10 days prior to the journey date

  1. Once the tour itinerary is finalized, it cannot be changed during the tour under any circumstances.

  2. The total tour cost must be paid on or before the commencement of the tour.
